Welcome to New Radiance Cosmetic Center, our goal is always to provide the highest quality of service as we partner with you to help you achieve your goals!
We ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions but as indispensable rules, which allow us to provide high standards of service. With regard to appointment cancellation fees, these are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to clients and patients when they make the appointments.

The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment or be reimbursed for payment for any other service, examination or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee, or reduced fee service, examination or treatment. Asterisks reflect New Customer Discount Offer, this cannot be combined with any other offers, services or discounts.

Upon scheduling your appointment, patients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment.
You will not be charged a fee for your appointment. A $50 fee will Only be applied to your credit card should you cancel within less then 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment.
We also recommend that you schedule future appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time is available as nights and Saturdays are the most requested times.
Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Being early for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that your paperwork can be properly processed and allows your specialist the opportunity to spend the full time allotted to your appointment with you to ensure any and all questions are answered and to ensure you receive the best service possible.
If your service requires an additional appointment or a follow-up, we recommend you schedule your next visit prior to leaving the facility. If for any reason you feel you would be more comfortable or better serviced by another staff member, please advise the Concierge Team immediately, so we can accommodate your request. Our aim and goal is to provide you with the best experience possible.
All booked appointments will be confirmed by our staff via a telephone call reminder a day or two before your appointment.
Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.
Walk-Ins – We accept clients without an appointment based on availability. Please feel free to walk-in at your convenience, we will make every attempt to accommodate you.
Cancellations – Should a cancellation or date change be necessary for a scheduled service, we require a minimum of a 24-hour notice for any single service. A 48-hour notice is required for multiple services and weekend appointment cancellation. Failure to give the required notice of cancellation will result in a $50 non-refundable No Show cancelation fee. This fee must be paid prior to your ability to book another appointment with us.
Children – For the safety of your children, and as a courtesy to our other clients, children are not permitted in the Spa. There are many items that may pose a risk to children. Additionally, many of our clients look forward to their services as a means to relax and unwind. For young adults under 18 who are receiving services, it is required that they are under adult supervision while at the facility.
Payment Options & Policies – We take all major credit cards and will accept your check with a valid drivers license that shows the same address as the check. We also offer Care Credit, Paramount and United Medical financing.
Returned Checks – All returned checks, must be paid in full within 30 days of the original check date and automatically incur an additional $50 return fee. Any balances not fully paid due to a returned check within the 30 day period are then subject to collection and prosecution under Florida Statues Title XLVI Crimes, Chapter 832 – entitled “Violations Involving Checks and Drafts.”
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical spa, we require new patients to fill out a brief medical history, and appropriate consent forms. We strongly recommend all patients invest the time to thoroughly and accurately fill out all documentation and consent forms.
If you are scheduled for dermal fillers, laser treatments or special peels we recommend you arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we can properly prepare your skin for the treatment.
Is there anything I should do prior to my appointment?
We ask that Laser Hair Removal patients come shaved before a treatment. It is recommended to shave the day before your appointment.
We also suggest that all patients receiving any of our facial treatments to arrive without make up if possible.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s session can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment, or you may be delayed leaving in order to complete a treatment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. All services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the $50 deposit fee.
No-show Patients who do not turn up for their treatment appointed time are also charged the $50 deposit fee. A major credit card will be needed to secure appointments. Gift cards are not a valid form of payment for no-show fees. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

What a special way to show how much you care, or a wonderful way to show your appreciation. Giving a gift card is simple and since you choose the denomination, they are right for any budget.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you can give us at New Radiance every referral who purchases a treatment, entitles you to a credit of $50 to be used towards any service of your choice.
A credit card number is required to secure all appointments.

Celebrity Client Policy
Most of our clients are well known individuals both locally, from Palm Beach and from surrounding areas. We have clients who are media personalities, in the movie industry and well known personalities. Although we can 100% guarantee your confidentiality and privacy, we cannot control the behaviour of other clients.
The minimum age for clients and patients at New Radiance is eighteen unless accompanied by a parent. If you are pregnant, or believe you may be, please inform us when you schedule your appointment as well as when you arrive.

‘Win a Free Cosmetic Service’ are open to anyone over the age of 18 based in a 60 mile radius of New Radiance Cosmetic Center of Palm Beach except for employees of New Radiance Cosmetic Center of Palm Beach and connected companies. Connected companies include subsidiaries and clients of New Radiance Cosmetic Center of Palm Beach. Competition winners will be expected to prove their age.
New Radiance Cosmetic Center of Palm Beach reserves the right to close or cancel the competition at anytime should such a situation arise that compromises the business ethics of New Radiance Cosmetic Center of Palm Beach.
All ‘Win a Free Cosmetic Service’ have a closing date at the end of each month or provide a set number of prizes a month. Users, upon ‘Win a Free Cosmetic Service’ entry, are verifying they are aware of this closing date. Closing dates are not open to negotiation.
All competitions are free to enter. However, participants are expected to pay their own taxes, or where competitions are based on partial service cost. New Radiance Cosmetic Center of Palm Beach will not reimburse any competition user the cost of entering the competition.
No purchase is necessary.
Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail within at the end of each month of the closing date of the competition (with regards to the closing date). Should the e-mail bounce, an attempt to contact the customer will also be made by phone (where available). If contact cannot be made within one day, the winner will lose their prize. New Radiance Cosmetic Center of Palm Beach reserve the right to enter this prize into another competition where appropriate.
Prizes may be offered by us or by other companies and these prizes may appear across other websites and other advertising mediums. New Radiance Cosmetic Center of Palm Beach takes every effort to ensure that only bonafide prizes are offered. However, where a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, New Radiance Cosmetic Center of Palm Beach will not provide the prize itself nor will New Radiance of Palm Beach offer a cash alternative.

Laser Hair Removal Appointments – Please shave the area to be treated no more than 48 hours in advance of your visit. Should you require shaving to a treated area by our staff, you will incur a flat $35 fee for this service for any area being treated.
Fillers & Sculptra – To ease and elevate bruising a possible side affect of these treatments, We ask that you stop taking Aspirin, Garlic supplements, Fish Oil, Vitamin E, and any and all blood thinners within 48 hours of your appointment.
Nail Fungus Appointments – All Nail fungus appointment clients must arrive nail polish free for consultation and/or treatment. This includes clear nail polis as well. Clients wearing any nail polish cannot be consulted and or treated.
